Doug Kern: The Militia Box is not your traditional gym. You will not find useless machines that do not produce results. In our gym you will train hard, you will sweat, and you will tire. In the end you will complete something so intense it will change your life. The members of The Militia Box have devoted their lives to being healthy, fit and happy. This is not a hobby, it is a lifestyle. The members of our gym are comprised of cops, soldiers, moms, athletes, students, and anyone who is willing to put in work. We celebrate 20 minutes of pain with 20 minutes of "Dear God...who stuck in the burpees! "Then we do it again the next day because we love it. The mission of The Militia Box is to create well rounded, active families.We train hard and fast in preparation for whatever life may throw at us.We strive for a physical well being that allows us to do whatever we set our minds to. Our workouts are scaled from "Fire breather" to "beginner fitness." And we do the workouts together.If you are willing to learn and work hard you will succeed. We at The Militia Box can promise one thing, "YOU WILL SWEAT...AND YOU WILL BE BETTER FOR IT."
