Thanks to Peggy for doing the research and informing me that "Zone Perfect" bars are not 40,30,30 but Balance Bars are! Thanks to Bridgett for informing me that Albertsons has Balance bars 10 for $10 right now!
Balance bars are? Wow! Great info. This sure takes a lot of planning. I am struggling with meal planning. Never did it before. Always did things on the fly. The app I use on my iphone is Lose It. It tracks nutrient content well when you scan the bar code on things. I am using it to help me log when I am on the go and to see my break down of the three factors we are tracking.
I need meal ideas guys! I am not a breakfast person so I am thinking a banana and protein powder may be my best option.
ok so now we know the zone bars are not perfect right? My bad day was Friday night into some of saturday! But I did not go over board. Today I did 100, 90 80 70 60 50 40 30 20 of Jumping Jacks, squats, sit ups and flutter kicks!

FYI - balance bars equal a 2 block meal...1/2 bar is a 1 block snack.
